COMPLEX APPROACH TO AUTOMATED FACILITIES MANAGEMENT FOR ANALYTICAL QUALITY CONTROL

Modern Computerized Process Control System (CPCS) is a complex software and hardware system including a large number of components, such as field equipment and sensors, process master controllers,
operator stations, information servers, etc. Normal CPCS operation requires a modern man-machine interface ensuring comfortable work conditions for the operator. The tasks of CPCS operator includes not only the control over quality indicators of analytical systems and maintenance of their normal operation, but also the analysis of process flow and emergency prevention.
