High temperature (HT) pH sensors PERpH-X manufactured by Rosemount Analytical have several structural innovations that increase lifespan of pH sensor in complex high-temperature processes. ACCUGLASS™ pH flask means that HT sensors have higher resistance to crackling and response time close to the theoretical one even at ultimate pH values. GPHT glass is resistant to destruction glass matrix in high-temperature processes that ensures exceptional thermal stability of pH glass membrane. Slotted tip around glass flask protects the flask from direct impact of hazardous factors and can be rotated up to 90 degrees for self-cleaning. HT PERpH-X sensors have improved dual coupled standard perfectly applicable in severe conditions. External standard on a gel basis preserves viscosity ensuring resistance to thinning temperature and pressure effects. Outflow of standard into the operating flow is controlled using porous teflon connection that can be replaced in case of pollution or clogging. Specially designed connection is chemically stable and has a large surface area to maintain stable reference signal when used in polluted or oil-contaminated conditions.
