X-STREAM gas analyzers are designed for continuous determination of ammonia, argon, carbon monoxide, helium, hydrogen, methane, nitric oxide, oxygen, sulfur dioxide, water vapor, hexane, ethylene, butane, toluene content in industrial­ emissions, exhaust gases, and for determination of admixtures in pure gases.

Models XS-02, XGP, X2GP, XFD, X2FD, XF, X2F, X2FN, X2GC of X-STREAM gas analyzers are registered in the State Register of metering devices.

Gas analyzers can be applied in chemical, oil and gas, gas industries ­ and scientific studies.

The device is made in a form of a separate block with LCD display. Gas concentration measurements are carried out using the following detectors­ (excluding XS-O2 analyzer):

– non-dispersive photometric NDIR/VIS/UV (ammonia nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen­ oxide, hexane, methane, nitrogen oxide, nitrogen dioxide, propane, sulfur dioxide, toluene ­water);

– paramagnetic sensor PO2 (oxygen);

– electrochemical sensor EO2 (oxygen);

TCD thermal conductivity sensor (argon, helium, hydrogen, methane).

Measurement of gas concentration (oxygen) in XS-O2 analyzer is carried out with zirconia detector (cell)/

Modification titles and maximum number of measurement channels of X-STREAM gas analyzers are given in Table.

Keypad and LCD display are placed on the front panel of the gas analyzer. Necessary information about the device status and current­ value of the measured gas concentration (except for XS-O2) can be displayed on the screen.

Device design and software ensure automatic­ calibration. In addition, analyzers have RS 485/232C serial communications interface (except for XS-O2). All analyzers­ can output information in analog form (4.. .2Р) mA/(Р.. .2Р) mA.

X2GC model has the main block and extraneous power unit.

Indication of readings, setup, calibration and diagnostics of XS-O2 analyzer can be carried out as follows:

– via HART 375 field communicator;

– via AMS software developed by Emerson;
