225 conductivity sensor with in situ cleaning possibility

225 CIP model with in situ cleaning is designed for application in pharmaceutical and food industry, where cleaning shall be conducted quite often. This sensor can be mounted using 2 inch Tri‑Clamp of 2 inch Perlick unction pipe. Sensor structure include chemically stable components as polypropylene and 316 stainless steel. Nevertheless, it is not recommended to use it for constant measurements in alkali processes. Application of Tri-Clamp is in compliance with 3-А sanitary norms stipulated by the International Association of Health Inspectors in Dairy, Food Industry and Environmental Protection, United States Public Health Service and Industry Council. 225 model can be made of PEEK for application areas where in situ cleaning is required if the investigated material contains over 2% of alkali. PEEK application is not permitted by 3-A sanitary norms.
