402 extendable conductivity sensor is ideally suited for application under pressure, since it does not require process shutdown to install or remove the sensor during preventive maintenance and replacement. Long stainless steel pipe is available for 402 mode sensor to increase the injection depth from 2.34 to 5.34 inches. Terminal box at the end of the pipe (ordered separately) makes sensor replacement simple and allows operator to tighten control during sensor installation and removal under the pressure. Maximum pressure: 64 psi (2542 kPa). There are two types of devices (made of stainless steel) for sensor injection/removal. PN 23765-00 set is applied for 402-11/12/13 models and 23765-01 set is use for 402-14 PN model. The only difference between two sets is the length of a clip-on adapter coupling. The kit includes ball valve for 1-1/4 in., 1-1/4 in. connecting fitting with mechanical normal pipe thread (MNPT) and clip-on adapter coupling with graphite filler rings and retaining clip for sensor installation to the required injection depth.
