396/396VP model
This model is designed to increase the lifespan of sensors
used in severe operating conditions when solution includes admixtures and abrasive particles.
Currently 396 model is supplied with glass electrodes by the Customer’s choice or with flat additional electrode or with standard spherical glass electrode for pH measurements.
Sensor is packed in a stainless steel casing with EPDM sealing. Simplified design is developed for Customer’s convenience, it does not require electrolyte addition or replacement of any parts.
396 model is supplied without integral preamplifier, therefore 396/396VP sensor is compatible with all device of Rosemount Analytical and other manufacturers.
396P/396PVP model
This model is specifically designed to increase the lifespan of sensors used in severe operating conditions during processing of acidic industrial sewage or in processing units, where a high-performance replaceable sensor is needed (sensor that does not require maintenance).
There are two configurations available: with glass or platinum (for Redox measurements) electrode.
396 model has a titanium earthing contact around pH/ORP electrode.
Sensor is encased in a polypropylene casing with EPDM filling that makes it resistant to destruction and chemical aggression.
396Р Rosemount Analytical model can be supplied with integral preamplifier converting рН or ORP signal into a stable signal with low noise level.
396R/396RVP model
This model is specifically designed to increase the lifespan of sensors used in severe operating conditions, where is it technically difficult to create control drain flow, but measurements require deep sensor immersion. Sensor can be used with 1-1/4 in. or 1-1/2 in. ball valve.
396R model sensor has a compressed polypropylene body encased in a titanium pipe with EPDM filling that makes it chemically resistant. Sensor has a titanium earthing contact used for sensor diagnostics.
There is a groove on the sensor face protecting glass electrode against damage and allowing to immerse sensor to a deeper depth ensuring high accuracy and reliability of measurements.
