Oxymitter 4000 Oxygen Analyser

Oxymitter 4000 Oxygen Analyser
Manufacturer:
Emerson

WC-3000, Oxymitter 4000, Oxymitter 5000 oxygen analyzers are designed for measurement of oxygen concentration in fuel combustion effluent gases.

Analyzers can be applied for systems of combustion process control and optimization in heating boilers, burning kilns, and for refuse incineration.

WC-3000, Oxymitter 4000, Oxymitter 5000 oxygen analyzers are registered in the State Register of metering devices.

Category: Gas analysis equipment

Operating principle of oxygen analyzers (hereinafter – analyzers) is based on measurement of electrical cell voltage including a disk made of zirconium oxide stabilize with yttrium. Output voltage on this element is proportionate to partial pressure difference of oxygen in the measured media and in the reference gas mixture.

Primary transducer of the analyzer is stationary fixed in a fume duct or an exhaust pipe. Probe length: 0.46 m; 0.91 m; 1.83 m; 2.74 m; 3.66 m.

In WC-3000 model, the analog output signal required for combustion process control, as well as digital signal in units of oxygen concentration are formed in digital single-channel unit (IFT) or multi-channel unit (CRE), which can process signals from 8 probes. IFT and CRE digital modules are controlled by the probe temperature. Digital module can be placed 45 m away from the probe. Power supply source (HPS) is included into the package to increase the distance to 364 m. Power source casing is waterproof in accordance with NEMA 4X (IP 66) requirements.

Digital modules of Oxymitter 4000 and Oxymitter 5000 analyzers, maintaining probe temperature and forming analog signal (4-20 mА), proportionate to oxygen concentration, are located directly in the probe head or separately. In addition to analog, the digital module of Oxymitter 5000 analyzer generates the digital FOUNDATION Fieldbus signal, while the digital module of Oxymitter 4000 analyzer generates HART signal.
