CALOMAT 6 is a system of device for generator control. Calomat 6 gas analyzers are designed for determination of composition of two-component gas systems with measurable component: Нr, Не, Аr, CO2 in nitrogen and can be applied during production of pure gases in industrial process to determine the purity of applied gas.

CALOMAT 62 – is a modified version for control of one of the gases: H2, N2, Cl2, HCl or NH3.

CALOMAT 6 is a system of device for generator control.

Measurement principle of Calomat 6 gas analyzers is based on the dependence of thermal­ conductivity of two-component gas mixtures and amount of their components.

Gas analyzers represent a single unit with in-built microprocessor­ for setting of operating parameters, processing of metering information and its transfer in the digital and alphabetic form, as well as in a form of analog signal to the external device.

Each analyzer is manufactured for measurement of content­ of one component of the two-component gas system. User can carry out analyzer setting­ against a clean baseline substance and a single gas mixture. Analyzers have device testing software.

Specifically developed turnkey system of tools is offered for purity control of cooling gas for hydrogen-cooled turbine generators.

Two independent measuring systems are required for generator control. This requirement is fulfilled through application of two CALOMAT 6 devices separated from gas extraction before gas emission and mounted in a single cabinet. The system sends analog or digital measurement signals to the higher-level control system for the further processing. This system can be programmed to produce threshold digital signals.

Analyzing system is delivered pre-set for H2 measurements and measurements required for maintenance of systems with neutral gases, argon or CO2. Therefore the analyzing system can be used with various devices, using argon or CO2 as a neutral gas, without additional adjustments.
